Activating your Bookings Account

  1. To begin, log in to https://office.com with your FalconNet email address and password.
  2. Bookings will not show up on your Office dashboard until you have used it a few times.  Start by clicking on the Office Waffle in the upper-left corner of the screen, then clicking All Apps.

  3. Once you have all of the apps listed, click on Bookings.

  4. When you click on the dashboard icon, you will be taken to the Bookings website.  Click Get It Now, and that will start the configuration process.  Don't worry, you aren't buying anything.  You already have a license.  Clicking Get It Now activates that license.

  5. Next, you will be presented with a Choose a calendar dialog box.  You will want to click the + Add a booking calendar link.

  6. Next, you will be asked to "Tell us about your business."  Because Bookings is built for business, most of the references and features are built around businesses.  This may work well for you and your office, or you can simply ignore those references and features.  On this screen, fill in your name, and your title in place of business name and click Continue.

  7. Your account is now activated, and you should see the default configuration for your account.  Click here to continue to the instructions on configuring your account to start receiving bookings.
