Update Semester for Housing Information

Overview

Directions for updating the session code on the Housing information page to show the most current information.

Note: you must be listed as an admin of the Residence Life page in My CedarCrest to make these changes. 

1. Login to My CedarCrest at https://my.cedarcrest.edu. Browse to the Residence Life main page. Click on the Student Affairs tab at the top of the main page, and then click on Residence Life in the left column of the Student Affairs section. 
2. At the top of the Residence Life page, click on the Wrench icon at the Right. 
   
   
    
3. Click on the Settings tab. 
   
   
    
4. In the dropdown, choose the Housing Information page. 
   
   
    
5. For Current Residence Life Session, enter the session code you want visible to students. The session code is the format <Academic Year><Semester/Term>. Once entered, click Save Changes. 

NOTES: 

• When entering a year, be sure to enter an Academic Year. For example, Spring Semester of the calendar year 2022 is really Spring Semester of the 2021-2022 Academic Year, so you would enter 2021.
• Terms generally have the following codes: 
  • Fall Term: 10
  • Spring Term: 30
