Logging into Medicat Health Portal

Overview

Cedar Crest College Health and Counseling Services uses an electronic health records system, Medicat. Traditional undergraduate students use this to submit their health forms. 

Please contact Health and Counseling Services at 610-606-4640 should you have any questions or concerns.

Directions

To access the Medicat Health Portal: 

1. You can access the Cedar Crest College Student Health Records system by navigating to FalconLink at https://falconlink.cedarcrest.edu.
2. Click on the icon labeled Student Health Forms (Medicat)
   
   
    
3. Click on the icon to launch a new browser window into Medicat.
4. The system should log you in automatically, if it does not, enter your FalconNet username and password.
5. Click Login for Medicat Health Portal
