Overview
Students and Employees who know their My CedarCrest username and have an email address on file can reset their password for My CedarCrest online.
If you do not know your Username or did not receive an email with the password reset link within 60 minutes of submission, please create a service request here: My CedarCrest Login Assistance (teamdynamix.com)
Directions
- Visit https://my.cedarcrest.edu
NOTE: If you are accessing My CedarCrest through the app icon on the FalconLink Dashboard, click Skip on the first login page to take you to the main site. You can save your login information later.
- In the top right-hand corner of the page, enter your Student ID number in the Username field, then click on the I forgot my password link.
- At the Reset password page, enter your primary email address on file.
- Current Students and Employees: enter your Cedar Crest College email address (must be the address you use as your email login, not an alias email address)
- Graduated or Incoming Students: enter the personal email address you gave at admission or to the Alumnae Office.
- You will receive an email within a few minutes with a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your Junk and Spam folders.
NOTE: If the email does not arrive within 60 minutes, please submit a service request for Information Technology here: My CedarCrest Login Assistance (teamdynamix.com)
- After you click on the Reset Password link, you will be directed to the page in My CedarCrest where you will choose and confirm your new password.
NOTE: Passwords must be between 4 and 10 characters. You cannot exceed 10 characters.
- Your password will be available to use within a few minutes.
