Using Microsoft Forms

Overview

Microsoft Forms is a part of Office 365 that allows you to quickly and easily create custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more. When you create a quiz or form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. Form data can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis.

Microsoft Forms is a part of our Microsoft Office 365 subscription.  All faculty, staff and students at Cedar Crest College have access to Microsoft Forms.  Microsoft Forms allows anyone on-campus to easily create a form in order to collect data, send a survey or poll, give a quiz, collaborate on a project, share forms among team members.  

Microsoft Forms is the go-to product for Cedar Crest College students, faculty and staff when you are looking to collect data and information because it:

• Is free!
• Part of our Office 365 suite of tools.
• Can be exported to Excel
• Can be shared amongst anyone at Cedar Crest
• Is accessible to anyone, anywhere, any time!
• Is FERPA compliant (unlike Google!)
• Is not Google Forms (which should not be used to store any Cedar Crest data)
