Add or Remove a Favorite Service or Article

Overview:

If you frequently use a service to submit requests, you can add it as a favorite and quickly access it from the IT Support Center Home page.

1. Go to help.cedarcrest.edu.
2. If you are not signed in, click the Sign In link in the upper-right corner and enter your FalconNet login credentials.
3. Find the service page you want to add as a favorite.
4. Click the blue Add to Favorites button on the right-hand side of the service page.
5. Go back to the IT Self Service Site Home page (help.cedarcrest.edu). The service should be linked under your My Favorite Services list.

3. Select the service you want to remove from your favorites list.
4. Click the Remove from Favorites button on the right-hand side of the service page.
5. Go back to the IT Self Service Site Home page (help.cedarcrest.edu). The service should no longer be listed under My Favorite Services.

If you’re trying to access a service page link and see an error message, make sure you’re signed in to the IT Support Center Site. Some service pages are restricted to signed-in Cedar Crest users.

If you’re still not able to access a service from your Favorites list, the service was either removed or replaced. We are continually improving our services and making sure the available services are up to date. If you believe there is a broken link or have a question about a removed service page, please submit a ticket.
