Transferring a Call on VOIP Phones

Keys to Remember

	Dial Key (Also Speaker phone key)
	UI Navigation Keys (up, down, left, right)

Directions

1. Ensure you are on active call with the party you wish to transfer.
2. If you are already connected to the transfer recipient (ie, the person you are sending the caller to), press the Up or Down navigation keys to highlight the recipient and press the Transfer key to complete the call transfer.
3. If you are not connected to the transfer recipient (ie, the person you are sending the caller to), press the Transfer key.
4. Enter the recipient’s number. If you need to call the transfer recipient first to notify them of the caller, press the Dial key. 
5. At any time, press the Transfer key again to complete the call transfer.
