Falcon's Nest Point of Sale Unit Menu Not Showing Up

The menus for the point of sale system is delivered from the server each time someone logs in to the SurePOS software.  This menu is created by the Dining Services administrator on their computer in the offices downstairs.  They create the menu, save it and assign it to a point of sale location.

In order for this to work, the network connections must be connected and working properly.  Once this is checked and the system has been rebooted, the menu will generally show up.  If it does not, the next step is to have the Dining Services staff make a change to the menu (anything will do), save it and push it back out to the POS unit.  If you exit and go back into the SurePOS system, the menu should now be accessible.
