Finding Your Ricoh IP Address / Printing the Configuration Page

An IP address may be required for troubleshooting issues with Ricoh support. Below are directions for finding your Ricoh device's IP Address.

1. Press the [User Tools/Counter] key.
2. Press [Printer Features].
3. Press [List / Test Print].
4. Press [Configuration Page]  The configuration page is printed.
5. Look for IPv4 Address on the printed list. It will begin with a 172.16 number sequence. In some cases, they will also need the Sub-net Mask  or MAC Address numbers as well. All are listed on the Configuration Page.
