Wireless Network Access - College Owned Devices

If this appears to be a building- or campus-wide issue, please call the IT Helpdesk at 610-606-4635. If it is after hours, please contact Safety and Security by dialing 0 from a campus phone. 

College-owned devices should connect to the FalconNet wireless network automatically. If you are having issues connecting, please try the following BEFORE submitting a service request:

  • Review the Troubleshooting steps for your device.
  • Changed your password recently? You may need to re-enter your password. Some devices may require that you forget and re-attach to the network. View the troubleshooting steps for directions.
