Set Up Cedar Crest Email on Your Mobile Device

We recommend using the Microsoft Outlook app to access your Cedar Crest College email, calendar, and contacts on your mobile device.

Before You Begin

You'll need:

  • Your Cedar Crest email address (username@cedarcrest.edu)
  • Your FalconNet password
  • Access to Microsoft Authenticator to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA), if prompted

Students: Your FalconNet password is the same password you use for FalconNet Wi-Fi, Canvas, and Microsoft 365.

Employees: Your FalconNet password is the same password you use to sign in to your college computer and Microsoft 365.

Outlook App (Recommended)

  1. Install Microsoft Outlook from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Open the Outlook app.
  3. Tap Add Account and enter your Cedar Crest email address.
  4. Sign in using your FalconNet password.
  5. Complete Microsoft Authenticator verification if prompted.
  6. Your email, calendar, and contacts will automatically sync.

iPhone and iPad (iOS)
