Office of Information Technology Personnel

The Office of Information Technology is committed to supporting the needs of all members of the Cedar Crest community. Our staff provides a broad range of technology services, including help desk services and lab support, AV/Media services, software and application support, and networking services.  The Office of Information Technology provides a wide variety of services to the campus community both in-person and through online mediums. 

The offices of the technology department are located in Curtis Hall, while Help Desk locations are in Curtis Hall and the Cressman Library.  The office can be contacted in-person, via email, via direct Microsoft Teams chat or by calling the Help Desk (x4635).  Remember that while these links are here for your convenience, contacting us directly through this directory does not replace putting in a help desk ticket for assistance.  

Note: Chat through Teams requires a web browser authentication or to have Teams installed.
