Download and install TeamViewer to your computer:
https://download.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup.exe
Once installed, Login to TeamViewer with:
Username: sfsaudit@cedarcrest.edu
Password:
The first time you do this on each computer you use to access our network, it will tell you that you are not authorized, and that the computer needs to be authorized. This will trigger an email to be sent to our IT department. Once we receive this email, we will authorize you to connect. This could take 15-30 minutes to occur and there will be no notification that it has happened. Please try to login to TeamViewer again in 15-30 minutes. This only happens the first time you use TeamViewer on the computer you are on. We recommend using the same computer each time to avoid any delay in access.
Once your are logged in and TeamViewer appears, you should see the computer in your list under "My Computers" - double click on it to connect.
If it asks, the password is:
Once connected to the computer, you will see a normal Windows 10 login screen.
Username: sfsaudit@cedarcrest.edu
Password:
Each time you login, Teams and Avigilon will load. Simply close these applications. There is no way around this at this time.
To connect to any application, click the Start Flag and navigate to those applications. Word, Excel and Microsoft Office applications are available to you if need them, as well as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome web-browsers. We do not recommend using any other browser. All Jenzabar and PowerFaids applications are un the Cedar Crest RemoteApps program group.
Once you are done, click the Start Flag, the profile icon (the Cedar Crest leaf image) then Sign out.
You can now close TeamViewer on your computer.
If you forget to sign out, no need to worry - the computer locks when you disconnect from TeamViewer.
