SFS Copying PowerFAIDS Upgrades for Jenzabar to Apply

Periodically PowerFAIDS Needs to be Updated - Here is how that is accomplished.

• Student Financial Services (Val or Julie) will receive a notification that an upgrade to PowerFAIDS is available.
• They will download the update/upgrade to F:\PowerFAIDS\pfaids_XXX -- where XXX is the version number.
• SFS will email Steve Kessinger at Jenzabar asking for the upgrade to be completed.  The upgrade as to be validated by Jenzabar first, Steve will let us know when that will happen.  This is often the first we hear of the upgrade.
• IT must remotely connect to the JZCCR-RDS1 server.
• Copy the upgrade folder from F:\PowerFAIDS to C:\JenzabarDownloads
• Jenzabar (Steve) will take it from there.
