New Employee - Creating your My CedarCrest Password

Overview

These directions are for new employees who have never applied to or attended classes at Cedar Crest College before.

Self-Service Password Tool

  1. Visit https://my.cedarcrest.edu
     
  2. In the top right-hand corner of the page, enter your Jenzabar ID number in the Username field, then click on the I forgot my password link. 


     
  3. At the Reset password page, enter your Cedar Crest College email address.


     
  4. You will receive an email within a few minutes with a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your Junk and Spam folders.

  5. After you click on the Reset Password link, you will be directed to the page in My CedarCrest where you will choose and confirm your new password. 

    NOTE: Passwords must be between 4 and 10 characters.  You cannot exceed 10 characters.  


     
  6. Your password will be available to use within a few minutes.
