Deleting Saved Browser Passwords

Overview

When you update your FalconNet Password, you may have issues logging into websites from the FalconLink dashboard due to old passwords saved on your web browser. Clearing them may solve your login issue.

Directions

Microsoft Edge

  1. Select Settings and more  > Settings .
  2. Select Profiles Passwords.
  3. Look for the password you wish to delete and click on it.  It may ask you to login first with your network/computer account.
  4. Choose Delete to delete the password Record.  Close and Re-open Edge again and try to login using the FalconNet Dashboard.

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome, click the three-dot menu, and select Settings.
  2. Navigate to Autofill and passwords and click on the link next to Google Password Manager.
  3. Here, you will see a list of saved passwords with website names and usernames. Scroll down to the website info you want to delete and click on the arrow next to it.
  4. The next screen will reveal the account details, username, and password. Click on Delete to remove the password, followed by a confirmation.
