Overview
The Maintenance Department uses School Dude for all work order requests. The website and directions from the Maintenance Department can be found on their My Cedar Crest Page (logon required).
School Dude uses its own login system. This account is NOT the same as your FalconNet or your My CedarCrest account. You will create your own School Dude account (using your Cedar Crest College email address) the first time you submit a work order.
Support
This is not a support system by Information Technology.
If you are unable to login to School Dude, or are having trouble submitting a work order, please contact Maintenance directly at 610-606-4666 ext. 3450.
Directions
Visit the Facilities Work Order from their My Cedar Crest Page . You will need to login at the top of the page to see the information.
Notes:
- If this is the first time using the new work order system, you will need to register on the website before submitting your first request.
- When registering, you must use your Cedar Crest email address. Your Cedar Crest email address will be your login for all future requests (ie, jasmith@cedarcrest.edu, not jasmith)
- When creating a new request, you will need a submittal password.
- Submittal Password for all Cedar Crest requests = falcons
