Overview:
You can quickly view the status of your ticket(s) by logging into the IT Support Center site.
How do I check the status of my ticket?

Go to the IT Support Center site Home page

If you do not see your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen, log into the IT Support Center site.

Locate the Services tab at the top of the screen within the black bar.

Underneath of the black bar is now a gray bar, choose Ticket Requests.

A new window should pop up with different characteristics to narrow down your search. Choose the correct settings applicable to the specific ticket you are looking for. If you can't find your specific ticket or would like to look for all tickets make sure to choose [Select all] under Status Class.
