You can quickly view the status of your ticket(s) by logging into the IT Support Center site.
Go to the IT Support Center site Home page
If you do not see your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen, log into the IT Support Center site.
A summary of your ticket(s) will display on the home page. View the Status column.
To see more details for a ticket, including the ticket's description and any comments made on the ticket, click on the title of the ticket. This will take you to a detailed view of the ticket.
If your ticket does not display on your Home page, click View all under the Status column
On this screen, you can search for your ticket. For example, if you have a lot of open tickets, use the Created field to narrow down your search. To see if a ticket has been marked as Completed or Cancelled, change the Status Class field to include those statuses.
Click Search.
