How to Find Your Device's Name

Microsoft Windows 10 & Windows 11

  1. Click on the Start button (window icon in dock). 
  2. Search the term "PC Name" and hit enter.
  3. Your computer name will be listed at the top of the information page that pops up.
     

Mac OS X

  1. Click on the Apple icon in the menu bar.
  2. Select System Settings....
  3. Click on General in sidebar.
  4. Your computer name will be listed to the right of Name.

iOS

  1. Open Settings app.
  2. Click on General and then About in the next window.
  3. At the very top your device name will be listed.
