Microsoft Bookings Error: We aren't offering services through the booking page right now.

Overview

When someone clicks on your Bookings link, an error page appears similar to this:

Solution

Make sure that at least one of your Services is published. 

Directions

  1. On your Bookings page, go to Settings --> Services.
  2. Look for the Service you wish to publish, and click on the pencil icon to Edit. 


     
  3. In the Edit Service window, make sure that Publishing options is toggled ON.

  4. Click Save Changes to close the edit window. Try your link again. (NOTE: It could take up to 30 minutes for the change to take affect.)
