Visix AxisTV: How to Edit a Playlist

Overview

Cedar Crest College is migrating from Visix AxisTV 6 to Visix AxisTV 9 in the cloud.  Here are instructions regarding how to add, remove, and schedule slides to a playlist in the new platform.  This can be done from anywhere.

Directions

  1. Navigate to https://falconlink.cedarcrest.edu and log in with your FalconNet username and password.  If this is your first time logging in to FalconLink, click here for help.
  2. Locate and click on AxisTV Cloud Management in FalconLink.
  3. Once logged in, click on the three bars in the upper left corner.


     
  4. Next, select Playlist.
  5. You should now see the playlists you have access to.  To edit, click the pencil.


     
  6. Now, you will now see all the slides that are currently in the playlist, along with a menu of commands on the right. 
  7. To remove a slide, click on the slide, then you will see a red Remove from Schedule.  Click that to remove the slide.
  8. To add and schedule a slide, click on the Schedule section as pictured below.
  9. When done, click Finished.
