Deleting Stored Password "Locker" from FalconLink

Overview

Occasionally, you need to remove a stored password from an application on your FalconLink dashboard instead of updating your password. Below are directions for removing a saved password from your Settings. 

Directions

  1. Login to FalconLink at https://falconlink.cedarcrest.edu


     
  2. On the main Dashboard in FalconLink, click on your profile icon in the top right-hand corner and choose Settings.

  3. On the Settings Page, choose the App Passwords tab. Scroll through the list to find the application password you need to remove.  Any saved passwords for the listed applications will show as SET

  4. Click on the pencil icon. Next, click on the red X to delete the saved password or Locker. Click Yes to Confirm.

  5. The password has been deleted. You can exit out of your settings. The next time you click on the App icon on the Dashboard, it will prompt you to enter your new login information again. 

NOTE: For My CedarCrest, after you delete your stored password, it will launch your login automatically using your FalconNet Username and Password. If this doesn't work, please contact us at helpdesk@cedarcrest.edu. If possible, include a screenshot image of the page or error you are getting.
