What does my Laptops for Learners Warranty Cover?
Your warranty is through HP and serviced directly by the College's IT Help Desk. If you have an issue, bring it to the Help Desk, and we will help!
Your warranty covers normal wear and tear, and manufacturer's defects -- but it does not cover accidental damage. For example, if the space bar on your keyboard stops working out of the blue and other is no physical damage, you are likely covered. If you have spilled your Starbucks on your keyboard and it does not work, it is likely not covered.
