FalconApps: Server is not accepting PIN as login credential

Tags falconapps

Overview

The FalconApps server is an application delivery server that allows you to access software applications that are owned by the college, and housed on-campus - from anywhere, and on both Windows and Apple computers.  We recommend that your computer (Windows or MacOS) be fully updated to the latest version of the operating system, and fully patched.  We also recommend that you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your web browser.

During initial setup, devices that use biometric or PIN logins, the FalconApps server may prompt you for the PIN and not allow you to login.  Here is how you work around that prompt.

Logging into FalconApps when it Prompts for PIN or Biometric Login

  1. When you see this log in screen, you need to click on More Choices.

  2. Next, you will see an alternative log in screen that asks for your username and password.

  3. Input your FalconNet email address and password, then continue to log in.
