Overview
Although it is not necessary to view most articles and services, we recommend that you log into the IT self service site before browsing the Knowledge Base or Service Catalog. Logging in allows you to save and view your favorite services and prevents you from having to log in later if you decide to submit a ticket. It also ensures that you can view all of the information to which you have access.
Everyone with an active FalconNet account can sign into the IT Support Center site.
Login Directions
- Click on the Sign In link in the top right corner of the screen
- Enter your FalconNet username and password.
- Click Login. You will need to click on Accept the first time you login from your current device.
You are now logged into the IT self service site.
