Overview
Directions for requesting open shifts to work.
Directions
In the Teams app, tap on Shifts.
At the top of the screen, you will see Open Shifts. Tap to see a list of available shifts.
Tap on the shift you want to work to see the full details.
If this is the shift you want to work, tap Request.
Your manager will need to approve the request. Once they approve it, the shift will be added to your schedule under Shifts.
If you made the request by mistake, you can go back into the shift, tap on your name and then tap Deny to Cancel the request.
