How to Set Up Meal Plan Dates

How to Set Meal Plan Dates (Done EVERY Semester):

1. Open CampusONE Suite Secure IAS Utilities
2. Login with username and password (srex; Barajas6)
3. Click on System tab
4. In the drop down menu choose System Administration Utilities
5. Click Run Utility button
6. When the pop-up screen comes up choose “Meal Plans”
7. In the Plan Number box you will type in the meal plan numbers that are listed above (i.e. 1) and then hit the ENTER button on your keyboard
8. Once that meal plan comes up you will enter the meal plan start date and meal plan end date (NOTE: Always check with Parkhurst for their meal times before setting these dates)
9. Click the Save icon on the top toolbar
10.  Follow steps 7 through 9 until all meal plans are set with the correct dates
