How to Add Meals onto Block Plans

How to Add Meals onto Block Plans (Done EVERY Semester):

  1. Open CampusONE Suite Secure IAS Utilities
  2. Login with username and password (srex; Barajas6)
  3. Click on Dining Services tab
  4. In the drop down menu choose Update Non-Resetable Meal Plans Utility
  5. Click Run Utility button
  6. When the pop-up screen comes up you will select the Meal Plan in the right-hand column
  7. Once that is selected you will type the number of meals that should be added for that semester (i.e. Meal Plan 1 (Unlimited), Number of Meals = 1,000; Meal Plan 3 (190 Block), Number of Meals = 190; etc.)
  8. Click the Go button
  9. A box will pop up when the transaction is done.  Click “OK”
  10. Follow steps 6 through 9 until all of the meal plans have been updated
