Walk-In Support

The Student Helpdesk is available for walk-in questions for students during normal semester hours. 

Normal Semester Walk-In Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 8:00pm
  • Friday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Sunday 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Holiday Hours / Exceptions Calendar

Our student consultants can assist you with login issues, printing issues, print card purchases, CANVAS questions, My CedarCrest questions, wireless connectivity, and mobile email support. They can also assist with general Microsoft Office questions, scanning assistance, and other technology questions. 

This service is intended to be used on location at the student helpdesk. Please create a ticket after you arrive at the walk-up center. To create a ticket, click the ​​ Walk-In Service Request button.

Note: Information Technology offers a Knowledge Base to assist you with finding your own answer. If you logged a ticket and were able to resolve your issue, please close your open ticket.
