Overview

The Laptops for Learners program provides Cedar Crest students with a college-supported laptop/tablet device. Students who are not automatically included in the program may be eligible to opt in and purchase a Laptops for Learners Bundle.

Deadline

The deadline to place an opt-in order for the Fall 2026 semester is May 13, 2026.

Orders placed by this date are expected to arrive in time for the start of the academic year. Orders placed after May 15th of the semester prior to fall cannot be guaranteed for the start of Fall classes but will be fulfilled as soon as possible.

How to Place Your Order

Before receiving your device, you must:

  1. Complete the required form and agreement: https://forms.office.com/r/Nbf91LqTu3
  2. Once filled out, you will be contacted by Student Financial Services to secure payment.
  3. Submit payment
  4. Once payment is received/verified by SFS, you will be contacted to schedule pick up.

Devices cannot be issued until all required forms are received and payment has been completed.
