  2. Select Network & internet.
  3. Select Wi-Fi.
  4. Select Manage known networks.
  5. Find FalconNet in the list and click Forget.

Step 2: Reconnect to FalconNet

  1. Click the Network/Wi-Fi icon on the right side of the Windows taskbar.
  2. Click the arrow next to Wi-Fi to view available wireless networks.
  3. Select FalconNet, then click Connect.
  4. When prompted, enter your Cedar Crest email address and FalconNet password.
  5. If prompted to accept or trust a security certificate, select Connect or Accept.

Having trouble signing in? If your full Cedar Crest email address does not work, try entering only your FalconNet username instead.

Once connected, open a web browser and verify that you can access the internet.
