Overview
Microsoft Stream is a private video streaming application within Office 365. It allows for uploading videos, transcribing audio to text, captioning, and several other features that might be useful to the campus community.
Here is how you upload videos to Stream
Directions
1. Open Stream via FalconLink
Log in to https://falconlink.cedarcrest.edu/ and open the Stream app or within the Office 365 Apps tab.

Step 2: Start the Upload Process
To upload a video, locate and click on the upload button in the upper left corner of the Stream page. Alternatively, you can drag and drop your video file to this area to initiate the upload process. If you opt for the drag-and-drop method, proceed directly to step 4.

Step 3: Select the File to Upload
You'll need to select the video file on your computer that you want to upload to Stream. Once you've found the video file, select the Open button in the file window to proceed.

Step 4: Choose Where the Video Is Stored
Next, select where you'd like to upload your video. The default location is your personal OneDrive, which is only visible and accessible to you. You can choose the "Change location" option to select a different location to upload the video, including other SharePoint sites. When you've selected a location, select Upload to proceed.

Step 5: Take Advantage of Stream Features
After your upload is complete, you will be taken directly to the video within the Stream video player. Congratulations! Your video has been uploaded and can now be shared and configured with a variety of built-in settings through the 'Video Settings' panel.
