New Students - Creating Your My CedarCrest Password

These directions are for newly accepted students who have never applied to or attended classes at Cedar Crest College before.

Self-Service Password Tool

1. Visit the main website at https://my.cedarcrest.edu. 
   NOTE: If you are accessing My CedarCrest through the app icon on the FalconLink Dashboard, click Skip on the first login page to take you to the main site. You can save your login information later. 
    
2. In the top right-hand corner of the page, enter your Student ID number in the Username field, then click on the I forgot my password link. 
   
   
    
3. At the Reset password page, enter your email address on file. This is the email address that you gave Admissions as your main contact address for all communications.
   
   
    
4. You will receive an email within a few minutes with a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your Junk and Spam folders. 
   If the email does not arrive within 60 minutes, please submit a service request for Information Technology here: My CedarCrest Login Assistance (teamdynamix.com)
    
5. After you click on the Reset Password link, you will be directed to the page in My CedarCrest where you will choose and confirm your new password. 
   
   NOTE: Passwords must be between 4 and 10 characters.  You cannot exceed 10 characters.  
   
   
    
6. Your password will be available to use within a few minutes.
