Requesting Printer Supplies

Requesting Department Ricoh Multi-Function Device Supplies

Departments are responsible for requesting their own printer supplies, and re-filling department printers as needed. 

For paper and Ricoh multi-function unit toners, please contact Printing Services at printsvcs@cedarcrest.edu.  For toner orders, you may need to provide the Ricoh model number. 

Paper and toner supplies for the Ricoh devices are not charged to your department.  Departments are charged per page usage by user, not device. 

Other Department Printers (Not Ricoh)

For all other toner cartridges, supplies can be purchased through WB Mason or other preferred vendor by the department. For additional purchasing questions, please contact Karen Khattari at ext. 3561 or email klkhatta@cedarcrest.edu.

Paper for these printers must be purchased through Printing Services. Please specify in your request that it is for a non-FalconPrint device, and provide your department charge code.

Printer Locations Maintained by Information Technology

Information Technology maintains printer supplies for the following locations. You do not need to contact Printing Services for these devices.  Instead, please email helpdesk@cedarcrest.edu.
