FalconLink is the universal application launch pad for Cedar Crest College's many applications.  One of the key features of FalconLink is the blanketed MFA (multifactor authentication) security that it offers.  All accounts in FalconLink will be required to use MFA -- here is how you set it up!
In order to further secure your FalconNet account, Cedar Crest has begun enrolling accounts into FalconNet Multifactor Authentication for Office 365.  Multifactor authentication requires that you know your username, your password, and verify your login via another method. Here is how your configure and use your account with MFA.
The Office of Information Technology recognizes how critical it is to secure the data that Cedar Crest College is responsible for.  To increase security campus-wide, and continue to stay abreast with the most current security standards, the Office of Information Technology started to roll out multifactor authentication (MFA) to the campus on July 1, 2021.  Below, you will find resources to help you along your way, including a schedule of events regarding the project.

In the case you are using an application that does not support multifactor authentication, you may need to generate and use an App Specific Password.  These should only be used when absolutely necessary.
