Requesting an Infomaker Account

Besides the name change, one of the biggest shifts to Infomaker is a licensed environment that is controlled via cloud-based logins.  You will need an Infomaker account if you need to run the Infomaker application for any reason, and you will need a specific license if you need to make changes to existing reports.  Need an account?  Here's how you get one!  Note: we have limited licensing, we can not assign more than one per department.

  1. First you need to create your account.  Start by going to www.appeon.com
  2. In the upper-right corner, click Log In


     
  3. Then click “Create account for free”
  4. Fill out the registration form with your CCC email.
  5. You will get a confirmation email from Appeon, you will need to follow the instructions in that email to activate your account.
  6. You should now be able to login to the Infomaker application.

Requesting an Infomaker Designer License

To request a license, remember that only one per department can be assigned, and follow the procedures below.

  1. First, follow the steps above to create, and activate your account, and forward the email you receive from Appeon to the person assigned to your ticket.
  2. Next, click here to fill out a help desk request for a license.
  3. The request will be completed based on the help desk request.
