Adding and Running Infomaker Reports to Jenzabar One

Adding and Running Infomaker Reports to Jenzabar One

Because using the Infomaker application now requires a license, individuals who only need to run reports must do so from within Jenzabar One.  This may mean using Jenzabar in a way you are unfamiliar with.  These instructions can help you add, and run an Infomaker report form within Jenzabar One.

  1. If you have not done so, you will need to run the Infomaker Config Tool for Jenzabar One before running reports in Jenzabar One.  Instructions on how to do this can be followed by clicking here under Additional Directions for Infomaker Users.
  2. Once you have configured Infomaker for Jenzabar One, you can now login to Jenzabar One as you normally would.
  3. Next, click on the Home tab on the startup screen.

  4. In the upper-right-hand corner of the Home screen, you will see a section titled Reports.  To add a report, click on the green + button.

  5. This brings up the Add a Report dialog box.
  6. From this dialog, click on Browse to find the PBL file that contains the specific report you need.

  7. You will be taken to Select Report.  Here you will navigate to find the PBL file you need, then expand that out by clicking the + and then select the specific report you need to run.  Click Select.
Note: All reports should be on D: and in CCR\Custom or CCR\Additional Reports.  If you are running reports from your H: drive, you must contact IT immediately to have this rectified.

  8. Now you will see the path to the PBL, the specific Report, and a Description of the report filled in.  You can rename that description if you would like.  Click OK.

  9. You will now see the report you just added under Reports.  It will remain there unless you remove it from this list.

  10. Click the report you wish to run, you be taken to the run a report start screen.  Next, click Retrieve.

  11. When you click retrieve, your report will either run or ask you for the additional parameters it needs to run.  Fill those in, can click OK to run your report.

  12. Your report will now display in the Jenzabar report window.
