Changing your MyCedarCrest Password

Overview

MyCedarCrest is an online service that allows the College community to access information stored in Jenzabar such as:

  • Register (Add) and Drop courses
  • Preview/print schedule
  • View their unofficial transcript
  • View their balances due in various accounts
  • Address, phone number, and more.

Beginning in February of 2024, logging into MyCedarCrest will be done via your FalconNet username and password.  
Because FalconNet now controls your MyCedarCrest login information, you will need to change your password via FalconLink Password Reset.

Changing Your MyCedarCrest Password

  • Instructions

  • Go to the main FalconLink page at https://falconlink.cedarcrest.edu
  • From the FalconLink log in page, click Help, I forgot my password.


     
  • You will be taken to the Classlink Reset Password page.  Fill in your FalconNet username (that's the first part of your FalconNet email address), then click the check mark.


     
  • Once you click the check mark, an email will be sent to your registered email address.  If you get an error that says you have not registered, you will need to open a help desk ticket for assistance.  Click here to do that, or send an email to helpdesk@cedarcrest.edu.


     
  • Once you receive the email, you can click the link inside that email - if you registered a cell phone for password reset, you will receive a Code.  If you did, click Go back to reset password and input your username and the code sent to you.
