Wireless Network Access - Personal Devices

If you are attempting to access our wireless system for the first time, please review our knowledgebase articles, which can be found HERE, or under the related articles section on this page.

Before requesting service, please review our troubleshooting steps, which can also be found under the related articles section. 

If, after following the above steps, you are still having issues, please click on the Request Service link to the right. Students may also stop by the IT Helpdesk, located in the Cressman Library during our walk-in hours. 

If this appears to be a building- or campus-wide issue, please call the IT Helpdesk at 610-606-4635. If it is after hours, please contact Safety and Security by dialing 0 from a campus phone.
